If you are like me, I love washi tapes! I have a huge collection myself of over 100 different designs and I love every single one of them. There are so many different and creative ways you can use your washi tapes and I’m very excited to share some of my ideas with you!
Today, I would like to show you 5 different ways of using washi tapes in everyday life!
1. Washi tape for gift wrapping
Adding a splash of washi tape to your gift wrapping can be a great personal touch! You can add as little or as much washi tape to your gift wrapping as you would like. You can even add it to the gift tag to match!
2. Washi tape for envelopes
Similar to the gift wrapping idea, treating every envelope that leaves your house as a planner spread is a form of art that brings a whole new level to envelope design and customization. Your friends will appreciate the personal touch!
3. Washi tape for painting
Painters tape can be harsh on paper, so a lot of artists use washi tape to get clean edges on their pieces! It is great for journals and watercolour paper.
4. Washi tape for magnets
Do you ever find the magnets on your fridge to be a little boring? One fun idea is to decorate it with your favourite washi tapes as it will brighten up your fridge and put a smile on your face every time you see it!
5. Washi tape for keys
Have you ever looked at a key and couldn’t remember which lock it belongs to? You are not alone! If you have multiple keys, it is super useful to decorate your keys to make them distinguishable from one another. You can even keep a key log in your bullet journal in case you forget which design is for which lock.
